Attorney George Leary graduated with a BA in political science from UCLA in 2002 and a JD from Loyola Law School in 2007. After law school, he worked for a civil litigation firm in the Bay Area. He then worked for the Los Angeles District Attorney’s Office as a prosecutor before starting his own criminal law practice in the greater Los Angeles area.
Mr. Leary moved his criminal defense practice to San Jose in 2021 to be near family. He has been the lead defense attorney on thousands of criminal cases. He is well versed in all criminal charges and their possible defenses. Mr. Leary provides his clients with the legal advice and advocacy needed to achieve success in court.
