Angélica Jiménez is a criminal defense attorney with extensive experience handling complex criminal cases and a strong commitment to justice. She earned a double bachelor’s degree in Political Science and U.S. History from Syracuse University and received her Juris Doctor from the University of La Verne College of Law. Her interest in criminal law began at an early age, influenced by growing up in a family of law enforcement officers. In 2015, she started her career as a judicial assistant at the Syracuse Criminal Court (5th District), where she gained valuable insight into criminal procedures. While in law school, she volunteered as a certified legal assistant at the San Bernardino District Attorney’s Office, working in the Gang and Domestic Violence units. There, she participated in preliminary hearings, drafted trial motions, and gained hands-on courtroom experience. In 2019, she became a supervising legal assistant at a criminal defense firm, where she strengthened her client-centered approach and reaffirmed her dedication to advocacy. Since passing the bar, Ms. Jiménez has devoted herself exclusively to criminal defense, skillfully negotiating with judges and opposing counsel to deliver comprehensive legal strategies that protect her clients' best interests.
