Alicia Reynaga was born and raised in Southern California. Her bicultural background and her fluency in Spanish, were instrumental in her involvement with issues affecting Hispanic communities in the areas of housing, immigration, and employee rights.
Alicia earned her Bachelor of Arts Degree in Political Science from the University of California, Santa Barbara and her Juris Doctor from California Western School of Law in San Diego. Alicia also holds a Paralegal Certificate in Business and Environmental Law from the University of San Diego.
