Jessica has worked at The Matian Firm for six years and currently serves as the Managing Attorney of the Criminal Department. She is licensed to practice law in New York, California, and multiple federal district courts. She began her career as an Assistant District Attorney in Nassau County, New York, where she handled numerous jury trials as a prosecutor. Jessica has practiced criminal defense for over 15 years in both New York and California. She is an experienced litigator who has handled a wide range of criminal cases in both state and federal courts. She has also been admitted pro hac vice in several states to manage federal cases for the firm. Jessica has been recognized multiple times as one of the Top 100 Criminal Defense Trial Lawyers in California by the National Trial Lawyers.
