Georgina graduated from UCLA School of Law with a specialization in Public Interest Law and Policy and International Human Rights. She is the supervising attorney for post-conviction relief and has been with the firm since 2020. She has experience in criminal law, immigration, and post-conviction relief, including appellate law, motions to vacate, innocence motions, and resentencing petitions. She has also worked on adjustment of status applications, death penalty cases, preliminary hearings, and suppression motions. Georgina is passionate about protecting the rights of non-citizens and immigration issues. She has published articles on crimmigration, why criminal defense attorneys need to understand immigration law, and prisoners’ rights. Georgina is a licensed attorney in the State of California, the U.S. District Court for the Central District of California, and the Ninth Circuit Court of Appeals.
