Abrielle was born and raised in Houston, Texas. Growing up, both of her parents always stressed the importance of getting an education. After high school, she attened Texas A&M University in College Station and graduated in 3 years, with the highest honors of summa cum laude while also participating in various student organizations and fulfilling leadership positions. Ultimately, Abrielle knew the logical next step was law school. She attened Texas A&M Law School in Fort Worth and has been grounded in the DFW Metroplex ever since. During law school, she advocated in court for clients through the Family & Veterans Advocacy Clinic. She also researched domestic violence extensively through her course studies. She also volunteered with Fort Worth's Teen Court program, which focuses on teaching teens who have received Class C citations about the jury trial process and dismisses the citations in exchange for community service hours. She also secured multiple internships with criminal defense firms in Tarrant County and gained experience fighting for client's rights in and out of the courtroom, specifically focusing on powerful plea bargain negotiations. After law school, Abrielle passed the bar exam and went on to a Dallas civil litigation firm that focused on advocating for individuals affected by cases of jail neglect, death, abuse, and suicide. After taking depositions and conducting successful mediations for clients, Abrielle decided it was time to be a trial attorney and went to the Dallas County District Attorney's Office to become an assistant district attorney. She has experience evaluating cases through diligent discovery review, trial preparation, and witness meetings. She has lead and assisted several cases to jury verdict, specializing in DWI cases. Abrielle also served on a panel of Texas attorneys and judges in Mongolia, which included educating lawyers about the American Criminal Justice System and teaching the nuances of the plea negotiation process pre-trial. Then Abrielle switched to criminal defense advocacy. Since then, she has helped clients reach an outcome they were happy with and ultimately led to moving forward with their life after an offense. She has handled cases at the municipal level, through misdemeanor and up to first degree felonies. She hopes to continue to be a fierce advocate for all of her clients and bring all of her unique experiences to her big picture persepctive.
